Taking into account the specifics of the tasks set by the Customer, taking into account the "field conditions" of construction and strict deadlines limited to the period of one "construction season", as well as taking into account the specifics of the purpose of the object and its location, the company made a decision to apply frame construction technology in therefore, the following works were carried out:

- works on the construction of strip foundations of buildings;
- backfilling and waterproofing works;
- installation of supporting elements of facade galvanized panels;
- installation of galvanized profile panels;
- effective insulation of panel cavities with mineral wool;
- construction of wind- and waterproof carpets with effective facade insulation;
- decoration of the facade with the Knauf Aquapanel system.

Considering that the business center remained operational during the construction period, as well as taking into account the specifics of the tasks set by the Customer to increase the area of ​​the object by adding additional floors, taking into account the initial load-bearing capacity of the existing foundation, during the reconstruction of the object, the company also applied technology frame construction and the following related works were carried out:

- reinforcement of reinforced concrete elements of the building;
- dismantling of the roof;
- dismantling of facade fencing structures;;
- arrangement of the load-bearing metal frame of surfaces that are superimposed from rolled metal (columns, beams, crossbars);
- installation of supporting elements of facade galvanized panels;
- installation of galvanized profile panels;
- effective insulation of panel cavities with mineral wool;
- construction of wind- and waterproof materials with efficient facade insulation;
- decoration of the facade with composite materials.
